The Grappa Riserva is produced in vapour stream continuous distillation with the classical double distillation system of a blend of Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Syrah pomace. Enhanced by 1 year ageing in oak barriques, the Grappa Riserva is characterised by a soft and persistent taste.
